Two paths. One connected lab.

Let’s get you
to the right place.

Different needs deserve a clear starting point. Your clinic’s orders and patient replacement requests follow separate paths.

The details make
the difference.

Appliance requests are reviewed against the prescription, supplied files and selected materials before production. Your office can confirm which option is right for you.

Clear retainers

Upper and lower Essix-style retainers, requested through your prescribing office.

Printed models

Study and working models, with upper and lower quantities kept separate.

Night & sports guards

Prescribed material, arch and fit details for the appliance requested.

Surgical guides

Office-approved designs or design requests, with the lab confirming design scope and the prescribing clinician approving the final plan before printing.

For prescribing offices: services, materials, design scope, turnaround and fees must be confirmed by the lab before work is accepted. Portal options and an inquiry do not guarantee acceptance. Unpriced requests remain pending a lab quote.

Office-led replacements

One QR.
A clear next step.

Helpful information for patients, with the prescribing office leading the replacement process.

01

Scan your case

The QR opens our replacement-help page. It does not contain patient information or open a patient record.

02

Contact your office

Your prescribing office helps identify the original records and decides what review or updated scan is needed.

03

Confirm the request

The office and lab confirm the authorized work, materials, fees and return arrangements before production.

04

Office-led follow-up

Your office confirms delivery and any fit-review arrangements. Patient charges are handled through the agreed office process.

This website does not accept patient orders, collect scans or take payments.

A little clarity

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Still unsure? Your prescribing office and the lab can help you find the next step.

Can I order a replacement right now?

Replacements are arranged through your prescribing office. This website explains the next steps; it does not submit patient orders or take payment.

What if I’m a new patient?

You can start through a prescribing dental or orthodontic office. That office arranges the prescription, appropriate scan and clinical review before a lab order proceeds.

Will my previous scan always work?

No. Your office must review whether the records are still suitable. Dental treatment, tooth movement, a retainer that no longer fits or other changes may mean a new scan is needed.

How much will a replacement cost?

Ask your prescribing office to confirm the replacement process and patient charges. Office-to-lab fees in the partner portal are not patient retail prices. This website does not offer patient checkout.

Can my practice use the portal now?

Yes. Approved partner offices can sign in to the existing portal. If your office needs access, use the access-request option on the portal sign-in page or contact the lab without patient details.

Let’s keep it simple
