Browsing and the replacement guide
This website does not request patient names, dates of birth, scans, shipping addresses or card details. The replacement guide uses only the choices you make on that page. Those choices are not submitted or saved by the guide, and disappear when the page is closed.
Office portal
The Office portal button opens the existing Fit It My Way Labs partner portal, which has its own sign-in and office access controls. Your portal records are not loaded by this public website.
Contacting us
Email links open your email application; they do not send a message automatically. Use email for general questions. Keep patient-specific information in the secure case conversation with your prescribing office.
Technical services
The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP address and access logs. There are no advertising trackers or external analytics added to this website. Before public patient ordering opens, the business must approve a patient privacy notice, appropriate service agreements, retention and access rules.
Before online ordering opens
Patient verification, prescribing-office authorization, record matching, approved quotes, payment confirmation, shipping arrangements, cancellation/remake terms and support procedures must be configured and tested. A successful payment page alone will not authorize production.
