The replacement journey we’re building

From your case
to your next retainer.

A simple route for the patient, with the right checks behind it.

01

Scan your case

A QR label will open the replacement page. No patient information will be printed in the code.

02

Review the records

The lab and prescribing office confirm identity, the correct scan and whether updated records are needed.

03

Approve & pay

After approval, see the full quote and use a hosted payment page. No card details go into the lab website.

04

Make & deliver

The lab makes the approved appliance and follows the confirmed return or shipping arrangement.

Online replacement requests and payment are in preparation. Patient shipping arrangements must be confirmed with the prescribing office before this service opens.

A little clarity

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Still unsure? Your prescribing office and the lab can help you find the next step.

Can I order a replacement right now?

Online patient ordering is not open yet. For now, contact the office that prescribed your retainer. The replacement page explains how existing and new patients will be routed.

What if I’m a new patient?

You can start through a prescribing dental or orthodontic office. That office arranges the prescription, appropriate scan and clinical review before a lab order proceeds.

Will my previous scan always work?

No. Your office must review whether the records are still suitable. Dental treatment, tooth movement, a retainer that no longer fits or other changes may mean a new scan is needed.

How much will a replacement cost?

Patient replacement prices have not been published. The planned checkout will show the approved appliance, quantity, shipping and any applicable tax before payment. Provider portal prices are not patient replacement prices.

Can my practice use the portal now?

Yes. Approved partner offices can sign in to the existing portal. If your office needs access, use the access-request option on the portal sign-in page or contact the lab without patient details.

Let’s keep it simple

A real lab. A clear next step.

For general service, account or billing questions, email the lab. Keep patient names, scans and medical details in the secure office case conversation.
